Guest Policy
Article III section(c) of the By-laws States: Guests will be allowed upon the invitation of members. Invited guests by members will pay guest’s fees as set by the Board of Directors. Each member is limited to one guest, unless modified by the Board of Directors. All guests are to be accompanied by their sponsor at all times. Members are responsible for their guest’s conduct and are to ensure the guest abide by the club’s rules. A member’s immediate family (living in his household and dependent upon him) is considered a guest but free from guest fees.
Big Game (Deer & Turkey) - $40 per visit
Small Game & Fishing - $10 per visit
Spouses and minor children are included in your membership, however, spouses and children must sign the guest release forms in the sign in books. Remember 18 and under indiviuals living in your household and individuals between 19 & 25 who are in school full time can visit for free. The must also sign in and can only visit when you are present. All others will be considered guest and may only visit five(5) times, per year.
During deer season, no visitors or guests will be allowed until Saturday, November 09, 2013.
During turkey season, no visitors or guests will be allowed until Sunday, April 07, 2013.
